Leadership

Humbly serving the body of Christ for the glory of the Lord.

Barrett Marshall

Senior Pastor

Barrett has been married to Susan Marshall for 11 years and has four daughters. They are Zoe, who is nine years old, Grace, who is seven, Anna, who is five, and Ellie, who is almost two. Barrett graduated from the E. I. School of Biblical Training in “Bible Exposition and Church Ministry.” He worked in Itinerate Ministry for a number of years before becoming the senior pastor here at Greenville Christian Fellowship as of March 2021.

“I believe that the church’s main purpose is to worship God, edify the body of Christ, and evangelize the world. We try to practice this goal by valuing corporate prayer, expository preaching, and community/global missions.”

Steve Nigh

ELDER

Steve and his wife Jean Ann have been a part of GCF since the Lord brought us here  in 1976. They have witnessed the sovereignty of God many times during these precious years.  God’s faithfulness has been apparent in their lives and in the lives of their family.  The blessing of five children, eleven grandchildren and now great-grandchildren has been a privilege.  They have realized how important the support of GCF has been in the raising of their family.

Steve says,“I am humbled that the fellowship called me to serve as an elder in the church many years ago to serve along side with Pastor Joner, Pastor Cook and now Pastor Marshall, all faithful servants of God. As an elder along with the other elders and deacons, we pray that we will serve God’s purpose in this position. Our prayer is that God will receive glory and honor in all things. We serve a mighty God!!”

They have been involved in the lives of young people, taught youth, and young adult Sunday School classes their entire married life. Charlie served as a deacon since 1996 and served as an elder for the last 4 years. What drew them to the Fellowship almost 30 years ago, was the love of the people for one another, living out their faith daily, and the significant commitment to missions. The church personally knows their missionaries and their families.

Ephesians 4:15-16
…. we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

Shelby Zmudzinski

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Shelby is a native of the beautiful state of Wyoming. She is the middle girl out of four siblings. Her parents have been married 35 years. She has three nieces, and three nephews, who she loves and misses as they are all back in Wyoming.

The Lord lead her to Greenville in the summer of 2013 and to the Fellowship. A month later the Lord took her to E.I. School of Biblical Training. She received her associate’s in 2015 then returned to her home state. After a mission trip to Israel and then one to Japan, the Lord brought her back to Greenville in 2018 and to E.I. Where she completed her bachelors in “Biblical Exposition and Church Ministry,” (alongside Pastor Barrett) in 2019. Again she returned to her home state, then did a few mission camp trips to Mississippi with Camp Pioneer.

Nevertheless, two years later the Lord brought her back again to Greenville in 2021. She has served in ministries, coffee, and now resales since the Lord saved her.
